Delivery of equipment is not the final step of a sale, but the beginning of a long lasting relationship where our service and parts support will ensure that your equipment is safe to use, well maintained and supported with original OEM parts. 

 

Equipment Service & Technical support

In the aerial lift equipment industry, safety is always the most important element. Keeping our customers’ equipment running safely and efficiently is the number one priority of our service department. Our technicians are factory trained and certified, and they are authorized to work on all our brands, including the Falcon and Denka lift brands that we have represented for decades. At Ruthmann Reachmaster, we provide parts and service for all of the lines we sell, and can service most quality equipment brands. 

 

We offer full service at our modern facility in Porter, Texas, and we are happy to travel to your location to service your unit, anywhere across North America. For end-users we furthermore operate a first line of response service through a national network of dealers, and for dealers we offer in-house service on all our brands including:

Equipment Inspection Services 

We offer equipment inspections on-site and at a service and maintenance center in Porter, TX (Houston area). We offer a complete fleet solution, with full technical support of all the equipment we sell, including:

  • Annual Inspections
  • Equipment Repair
  • Technical and Operational Training
